PROFILE: Tony Rutherford and Bill Ware can assist with all types of Civil Engineering Works. Tony manages  the work for both local body or Transit New Zealands roads. JB Wares operate large earthmoving equipment and can assist with Heavy Haulage, Plant Hire, Metal Supplies, Drainage, Sub Divisions, Chip Sealing and Earthworks. They have recently finished a major realignment at Longburn where the entrance to Walkers Road and the main road to Himitangi required straightening. One of the current project for the roading team is a 2 year contract which involves realigning the 3rd stage of Laws Hill (south of Shannon). This contract carries on from the Goodman's site further south and will be completed by the 1998/1999 season.  Ware's have recently been involved with site works at the Polytechnic site amongst other areas in Palmerston North.
