George Paul Carson

Dip Mgt, Dip Bus Admin, MICMA, MILAM, IQP

Management experience includes: government department, Local Government, Area Health Board, and private company.

Has personally assisted about 1100 companies with health and safety legislation and has designed superior safety systems for New Zealand and Australia. The systems focus on injury prevention rather than accident reporting.

Major emphasis is placed on changing the culture of staff to believe that 99% of accidents are avoidable and then to train the staff to achieve significant reductions (e.g. 60-90%).
